Eyman is organized into seven divisions:
1) Plumbing Service and Drain Cleaning
The backbone and start of Eyman’s growth comes from our neighbors all across the city, serving generations of residential and commercial customers. As the company grew into construction and new homes, those new homeowners became our service customers. For restaurants and other institutions, Eyman is one of the few providers with the ability to provide Remote Hot Water Service on demand.
Jetting on-demand and video inspection technology comes with every Eyman drain cleaning truck. Leaders in jetting technology, Eyman thoroughly clears a pipe, whether its tree roots at home or industrial blockage at restaurants and meatpacking plants, and has the video to show it.
2) Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) & Boiler Service
Trained and licensed to service all makes and models of heating and air-conditioning units, Eyman’s HVAC & Boiler team has built on the success of Eyman’s Plumbing legacy, delivering the same top-notch, family-oriented service.
3) Plumbing Construction
Eyman has the team and expertise to serve a wide range of new construction and remodel needs, from residential to commercial to industrial or utility. From blueprints to bidding and managing projects, Eyman maintain a direct line of communication between the field technicians and the owner, architects or engineers.
Eyman works in all five metro counties – Douglas, Sarpy, Cass, Washington and Pottawattomie and the Eyman staff is licensed for the states of Nebraska and Iowa, and the cities of Omaha, LaVista, Papillion, Bellevue, Fremont, Lincoln, Blair, Ralston, Plattsmouth, Gretna, Bennington, Louisville, Springfield and Council Bluffs. Material requirements and methods can change based on the plumbing codes in each place.
4) Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installation
From zoned comfort to new construction to whole building automated systems, Eyman designs, installs and services custom climate control systems in both new construction and remodels.
5) Utilities
Bringing basic infrastructure to local homes and businesses and maintaining that over generations, Eyman tackles some of the biggest and toughest jobs in the metropolitan area. When a water main breaks, Eyman might be there to fix it, whatever the time of day or night.
6) Insulation
Primarily focused on new construction and industrial projects, Eyman wraps insulation pipe for plumbing and for HVAC — anything that might condensate or needs thermal protection. Critical to safety, Eyman also provides fire stopping with insulation whenever needed.
7) Mechanical Services (Industrial Service & Installation)
Our industrial clients rely on us to provide comprehensive mechanical solutions to keep them and their business operating smoothly. Eyman’s precision installation and maintenance services provide peace of mind to our commercial customers, and to the Omaha area clientele they serve.
Today, with more than 20 service technicians in the field at all times, Eyman Plumbing Heating & Air stands behind their work and beside their customers.
