Eyman customer Jennifer Wik admitted that she was a little cranky when technicians showed up at her house and told her the water heater she purchased might need additional work to install.
“They could have said, ‘Too bad, lady,’ but they didn’t,” Wik said. “They immediately set out to find what problem I was actually having and then they set about solving it. That’s customer service and professionalism of the highest order.”
“As good as it gets”
Wik appreciated how the technicians took the time to solve her problem with hot water pressure. She said this wasn’t the first time she had a plumbing company come out. Her first experience was less than stellar.
“Earlier in the week I had a not-very positive experience with another company,” she said.
But her experience with Eyman was positive enough to prompt her to write a note to Eyman, thanking them for their professionalism. “I wanted someone to know that these two are as good at it gets,” she wrote.
“Friendly and helpful”
Wik mentioned that the technicians were both honest and knowledgeable. “They introduced themselves when they came in the door. They smiled. They were friendly and they were helpful.”
“When I use a company that other people should be using, I like to say so. It weeds out the bad actors,” Wik said.
“I’m a fan,” she added. “Keep doing what you’re doing.”
