Our dedication to quality craftsmanship and legacy of longevity have made Eyman Omaha’s Fix-It company for more than 60 years. We research radiators and hunt down hardware, always staying one step ahead of the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of antique equipment. From boilers to bathroom fixtures, we have seen and fixed it all!
That’s why we are always honored and excited to work with Omaha’s Restoration Exchange. Your Eyman team was grateful for the opportunity to attend and support this year’s Nebraska Historic Preservation Conference!
What is REO?
A team of historians, architects, and preservationists, Restoration Exchange is a community effort to inspire creative solutions. They aim to motivate developers and homeowners to restore and rejuvenate older homes and neighborhoods. The exchange offers solutions to those who want to help protect and restore Omaha’s history.
Since 2013, Restoration Exchange Omaha has worked to educate and motivate people and businesses to restore and preserve older homes, and thereby preserve Omaha’s spirit and history.
Keynote speakers, home and business tours, and the opportunity to network with developers, home owners, and policy makers made this an enlightening and exciting weekend for anyone who wanted to learn more about preserving Omaha history.
This year, we congratulate Kristine Gerber on her retirement as the Founding Executive Director of Restoration Exchange. Her contributions have preserved historic Omaha homes and communities for years to come. The work she inspires will continue to grow and protect the integrity of these homes and businesses for generations!
When a homeowner or developer runs into problem plumbing, burned out boilers, or ancient radiators in need of repair, REO sends them to Eyman. We are proud to be the team Omaha trusts to repair and protect our community’s beauty, function, and history.
